

You can set a specific time for the event or enter a location where the event will take place. Windows will give you more options as soon as you do. If you don’t see the “Add an event or reminder” box, you haven’t installed this update yet. Note: This option is new in Windows 10’s November 2019 Update, also known as Windor 19H2. With your desired date selected, click the “Add an event or reminder” box and start typing. You can use the arrows to the right of the month’s name to move between different months. For example, if you want to add an event on the 10th of the next month, click that date on the calendar. To quickly add a calendar event, open the calendar popup and select the date you want to add the event on. You can, however, use essential calendar functions right from the taskbar without ever opening the app. Any events you add to the calendar app will appear in it, and any events you add from the taskbar will appear in the Calendar app. This taskbar panel is integrated with Windows 10’s built-in Calendar app. If you don’t want to see events, click “Hide Agenda” for a simple clock panel.

If you don’t see any events, click “Show Agenda” at the bottom. Just click the clock on the right side of your taskbar, and you’ll see the calendar popup. You can synchronize Windows 10 with online calendars like Google Calendar, Apple’s iCloud Calendar, and Exchange calendars. You’ll see the times in your other two selected time zones right below the local time zone. You can also click the clock on the taskbar and look at the top of the panel. You’ll see the time in those other time zones. To see your other time zone clocks without clicking anything, you can hover your mouse cursor over the clock on the taskbar. You can add up to two additional time zones here that’s it.
